# Error sending mail via gmail with IMAP/SMTP

Hello everyone, I am getting the following ancestor in the send component in the gmail sending process. What is the solution?

Hi @SteveMcCrystal ,

The related error is due to Google asking for verification on the first login because this gmail account has never been opened on this computer before. By manually opening a gmail account on the relevant computer, gmail verification is provided and the problem is solved.
