When you want to read any document or data in a specific area on the screen with OCR, a field definition is required.
For this definition, x, y, w, h components are used.
Step1. The screenshot of the relevant file or screen is taken.
Step2. The screenshot opens with Paint. (Will not open with Paint 3D)
Step3. As in the sample screenshot, click the Select button in Paint.
Step4. While the area to be read is selected, the expressions in the lower left corner of Paint are noted.
If the noted values are to be read from the document, they can be added to the x, y, w and h fields in the Read as text component under OCR; If it is to be read from the screen, it is written in the x, y, w and h field of Screen ocr scan under OCR.
