Although there is no running process, the process changes to WAITING status, and the “Worker is Busy” message is given as “waiting for a reason.”
When this problem occurs, the following steps should be checked.
When “Task App” is selected on the Scheduler>>Processes page, is there a process in the Running status?
Is there activity on the busy worker Tomcat?
Has it been more than 30 minutes since the last activity in Tomcat?
Processes exceeding 30 minutes should be deleted from the Scheduler.
