If you check you worker’s status, you can understand what it is doing. Could you please check and show us your worker status? You can find it in scheduler.
It’s not doing anything right now.
Then let’s request support from admin who can check your worker status from admin’s panel. After that we can understand what is happened your worker. @ilayda.ipar , your support is required to solve this issue.

Your problem is solved. Worker is busy can be caused by incorrect use of an activity or loop that you use in your process. You can be careful that you do not have any processes in the running, good work
